I think the amount of kills required for S rank in "Kills" isn't tailored for the lower troops on screen for the PS3/PC version because it quite difficult to achieve if you don't really aim for it ĭuring a particular mission (The war's conclusion, Chapter 4 Episode 4) the cut scenes and mission objective scenes bug out so hard that it kills every single cut scene (even the minor "objective" cut scenes) in the game (it's like they aren't there and auto skip), reinstalling or verifying the game cache does not solve the issue and if you replay the stage it happens again and sometimes reinstalling doesn't even fix it to begin with. It is the PS3 version instead of the PS4 version just like DW8 even missing the online coop option ĭepth of field causes issues in cut scenes (like DW7 that you mentioned), so you want it disabled it but doing so makes the game look worse than the PS3 version Pirate Warriors 3 I argue is the worst by far:

Pirate Warriors 3 and 4, both ran without problems, no lag, no graphical glitches.īerzerk, same as Pirate Warriors, had no problems with it.

Warriors Orochi 4, runs great, looks okay, worked well. Warriors All-Start was an okay port, had no huge issues with the game. It runs fairly well on PC.ĭW9 has plently of framerate and texture loading issues among other things. Otherwise solid port.ĭW8 was indeed the inferior PS3 port due to not being a PS4 version at the time. Even if two of those were never released in the west.ĭW6, probably depends on your system, but it ran better on my old toaster than it does on my legit gaming PC, but even then it had framerate issues.ĭW7 has graphical issues, (like Liu Bei's deforming musou mouth as i call it) and cutscenes going dark af if a certain graphical option (can't quite remember which) is turned on. Can't comment on controller issues since i played all of them with keyboard.ĭW4 Hyper, DW5 Special, Samurai Warriors 2 and Warrior Orochi Z all run flawlessly (for me anyhow) on PC, and i'd even dare say they're actually superior to their console counterpart, best Warriors game PC ports ever imho. Some issues i had with them might be specific to me and not universal problems. DISCLAIMER : These are based on my experience playing with the listed games.
